Quick Description

CustomizeGoogle is a Firefox extension that enhance Google search results by adding extra information (like links to Yahoo, Ask Jeeves, MSN etc) and removing unwanted information (like ads). All features are optional and easily configured from the options menu

PS am editat postul ca sa adaug si desriptions

PS lista am generat-o folosind un feature a lu' extensia "Mr Tech Local Install". Printre multe altele, estensia asta iti adauga un item under Tools, numit My Config cu care poti salva configuratia in different format (including BBCode, exact ce am facut io mai sus)

eu folosesc un butonas pt cookies pe care nu stiu cum il cheama, google toolbar, greasemonkey, adblock, OpenInIE si cred ca ceva de enhansuit taburile... nu are sens sa pui prea multe, o sa mearga greu.
mai e un programel cuare salveaza tot, extensii instalate, cookies, daca ai mozilla suite salveaza si mailurile, etc... imi gmailuiesc (ca doar nu sa imi emailuiesc) cite o salvare dintr-aia si pot sa o restabilesc dupa aceea... MozBackup ii zice, nu e extensie, e program independent (vrea neaparat ca mozilla sa fie inchisa inainte de orice)

eu prefer Groowe Search Toolbar 1.2.3 in loc de Google toolbar, ca pune la un loc mai multe search engines (pastrand functionalitatea fiecaruia). S-ar putea sa nu iti placa faptul ca la categoria "download sites" este si softpedia.:P)

Pentru tab folosesc Tab Mix Plus 0.2.5.2 care face o gramada de chestii cu taburile, si nu mai am nevoie de alte extensii.

Multam de hint-ul cu MozBackups, de mult voiam asa ceva
A, si Nuke Anything Enhanced 0.53 e perfect daca vrei sa printezi pagini de web si vrei sa scapi de rahaturi inainte de a printa. Pur si simplu selectezi ce vrei sa dispara (objects, text, etc), right-click si "remove this object".

de cind cu memory leaks la upgrade-ul la 1.5 am ramas doar cu adblock si google toolbar (cre' ca mai curind renunt la restul browserului si ramin doar cu adblock :) )
mi-ar placea un programel inteligent care sa fac ce face adblock da' cu textul, sa faca colapsible si colapsed mizeriile de reclame inmod text din pagini si din emailuri

pai si memory leak ala, ai depistat de la ce e? Ca si pe mine ma turbeaza. Se zvonea chiar ca e de la ad blocks (au un upgrade acu care cica solve memory leaks)

daca il las peste noapte, gasesc mozilla la 600 MB de RAM...imi amintesc cum mi-am bagat picioarele in jbuilder si am zis ca ramin cu VJ++ cind l-am vazut ca vrea 80 MB de ram

https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/1174/ - ImageBot - de acum nimeni nu mai are nici o scuză să nu posteze thumbnails. Imaginilie se uploadează frumos pe imageshack si cu Copy template -> forum thumbnale(1) -> paste în forum - ai pus imaginea în doi timpi şi trei clickuri.

in alya ordine de idei, stie cineva un serviciu cu o extensie pentru orice browser extensie care sa imi pastreze toate linkurile vizitate de peste tot (sa imi faca un becap rimot la brausing histori, ma 'ntzelegi?)

vezi google desktop, pastreaza si cache la "pe unde treci". Au si copernic ceva de genu asta (copernic agent?), da' nu l-am folosit.

daca apare ceva de genul adblock pentru opera, gata.. ma las de firefox. am gasit ceva scripturi pentru opera, da' erau foarte complicate... opera chiar merge mai repede

Victor, încearcă Opera 9 beta2 că are builtin ad-blocking. Începe să mişte şi la capitolul extensii (le zice widgets).

ScreenGrab!, o extensie tare utila care iti pemrite sa capturezi, ca imagine, pagini de web (intreaba pagina, partea vizibila, sau o sectiune aleasa de tine).
Extenisa are (cred ca sunt ot aia, sau poate ca nu...) si o varianta program pentru windows (nu am incercat-o inca), aici. Mai sunt niste programe listate acolo, aia cu print directory list mi se pare interesanta.
